Online Return Policy

• Goods accepted for return will be solely at the discretion of Pico Medical.
• No returns on personal hygiene items once opened (orthotics, compression stockings, etc.)
• Returns within 5 days must be in new & unused condition and in original packaging accompanied by original receipt.
• Returns between 6-10 days are subject to a store credit or exchange at the managers discretion only (no refunds).
• No goods will be accepted after 10 days.
• 15% restocking fee on rentalable items (list available upon request).
• No returns on special order items not carried in store.
• Re stocking fee of 15% applies on purchase returns of Lift Chairs, Power Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters and Hospital Beds once delivered and subject to return policy above.
